Hawaiian Airlines Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not for profit financial cooperative whose members are both owners and savers, as well as potential borrowers. Demonstrating the philosophy of "people helping people," members pool their money by purchasing shares, thus making low-cost loans and other financial benefits available to all members. Interest received on loans comes back to members in the form of dividends.

Our main purpose as a member-owned financial institution is to provide our members with top quality financial services and to effectively promote their well being.

Board of Directors
Hawaiian Airlines Federal Credit Union is governed by a five-member Board, which is responsible for establishing policies and guiding the overall operation of the credit union. Any member in good standing is eligible for nomination to the Board. Monthly board meetings are held to review existing programs and services, to review the credit union's financial condition, to direct the investment of funds and to consider new legislation and regulations that affect the credit union industry.

Supervisory Committee
The Supervisory Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee is responsible for conducting an annual audit and also a verification of members' accounts as required under NCUA regulations.

Our office is staffed by a professional group of employees whose goal is to provide efficient and courteous service to all members. Board-appointed loan officers are responsible for executing the loan policies established by the Board.

All Hawaiian Airlines' employees and their immediate family are eligible for membership. Even if you terminate your employment or retire from Hawaiian Airlines, you and your family will retain your credit union membership and continue to take advantage of our many services.

Eligible applicants complete a simple membership application and make a minimum deposit of $50. Once the application is processed, new members are entitled to our many services and benefits.

Our office is located at the Hawaiian Airlines Maintenance Hangar next to Supply. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
